Damian has been leading retail and manufacturing teams since the ‘90s — and brings that real-world know-how to every room he’s in. After steering Kingsdown in Australia, he joined Snooze in 2017 and hasn’t looked back. Known as a straight-shooter and relationship builder, Damian is all about people-powered progress. On the ABSC board, he brings deep retail insight, franchise experience, and a grounded approach to collaboration — always focused on what’s practical, scalable, and good for the customer. Based in Melbourne, he keeps pace with long-distance running and his love for tennis.
