David brings a wealth of experience leading cooperative and franchise-based organisations, including roles at Myer, Mitre 10, PlaceMakers (NZ), and as former CEO of Forty Winks. Now CEO of First National Real Estate, he’s known for his people-first leadership and passion for supporting independent, community-rooted businesses. On the ABSC Board, David contributes strategic insight and a collaborative mindset, helping to shape a stewardship scheme that’s inclusive, scalable, and built to last.
